Public Share Their Dreams with Chief Minister M.K. Stalin Through Video Conferencing at ‘Ungal Kanavai Sollungal’ Launch

At the launch of the new initiative ‘Ungal Kanavai Sollungal’ (Share Your Dream) held yesterday (January 9, 2026) at Padiyanallur in Ponneri, Tiruvallur district, members of the public from Tiruchirappalli, Tiruppur, and tirunelveli districts shared their dreams and aspirations directly with Chief minister M.K. Stalin through video conferencing.

The interactive session marked a significant highlight of the event, as citizens from different regions of tamil Nadu were given an opportunity to voice their expectations, future needs, and ideas for development. By enabling people to participate virtually, the initiative ensured wider inclusion and direct communication between the government and the public.

The chief minister attentively listened to the views expressed by the participants and reiterated the government’s commitment to transforming people’s aspirations into effective and sustainable development schemes. The interaction reflected the core objective of the ‘Ungal Kanavai Sollungal’ program—understanding public needs at the grassroots level and strengthening people-centric governance.

The event was attended by Minister for Minorities Welfare and Non-Resident Tamils Welfare S.M. Nasser, Members of parliament Sasikant Senthil, Dr. Kalanidhi Veerasamy, and R. Girirajan, and Members of the Legislative assembly S. Sudharsanam, S. Chandran, T.J. Govindarajan, V.G. Rajendran, A. Krishnasamy, Durai Chandrasekar, and K.B.P.P. Sankar.

Senior officials present included Chief Secretary N. Muruganandam and Additional Chief Secretary for Revenue and Disaster Management, Ms. P. Amudha, along with other senior government officials.
