Thunderbolts* - Lewis Pullman Reveals The Challenge Of Transforming Into Sentry

G GOWTHAM
Marvel fans have been demanding Sentry's MCU debut as a Superman parody for a long time; the demand dates back to 2013, when Warner Bros. was scheduled to release Man of Steel.  In Thunderbolts, more than ten years later, Bob Reynolds will make his big-screen debut as a wildcard team member whose alter ego poses a threat to the globe.

Actor Lewis Pullman admitted to Numéro that he initially felt "pretty intimidating honestly" when he found out he would be playing the role. Marvel has always held a special place in my heart as the pinnacle of cinema.  It almost seemed as though I would need a real spaceship to even have access to a Marvel set since they are so adept at conveying the scope of the cosmos."

Pullman went into more detail on the internal pressure he experienced as a member of such a significant franchise. I was therefore afraid of how I may blend in with the tone and rhythm of the environment.  In addition to trying to fulfill my duties and contribute aspects of myself, I felt a great deal of obligation to make sure that my portrayal of the role was valuable.

In response to a question concerning the preparation required for the position, Pullman said, "It definitely was a significantly physically and mentally challenging experience, which I loved."
