With a box office run of 500 crores, Chhaava has proven to be an enormous blockbuster.  The film's portrayal of Shambhaji Maharaj's heroic battle has struck a deep chord with viewers, especially with Hindus, who have accepted it as a potent historical epic.  Vicky Kaushal, vineet kumar singh, and Akshaye Khanna's well-received performances elevated the movie to a new level.  The responses to the movie's dialogue have also been very positive.

There has been a lot of demand for a telugu version since its february 14 premiere in hindi, with fans and Hindu organizations pleading with the producers on social media to release it in regional languages.  Under the geetha arts label, allu aravind has now taken over to bring the movie to telugu viewers.  On march 7, the telugu adaptation of Chhaava is scheduled to be released.

Since a sizable portion of the audience has already seen it in hindi, particularly in urban areas, many people think the release has been postponed.  Even with its delayed release, Chhaava hasn't yet realized its full potential in some places, especially in rural and small towns.  Replicating the intensity of the original's potent dialogue, particularly the lines at the climax from vineet kumar singh and Vicky Kaushal, will be the telugu version's largest difficulty.  Chhaava might not be as successful in the South if the telugu dialogues and dubbing fall short of the effect.

The movie will be widely released in single-screen theaters with Allu Aravind's support, which will help it acquire traction in telugu states.  Chhaava is anticipated to fare well in telugu as well because its substance is captivating and never lags.  According to industry insiders, the movie might have already made over ₹600 crore if it had been released in telugu and hindi at the same time.
