Amaravati - World's Largest Stadium Coming Up At a Cost of 800 Crores
Though it will still be in india, this title is about to change. Remarkably, amaravati is the city to construct the biggest stadium in the world, not Delhi, Mumbai, or Bengaluru.
With an expected expenditure of ₹800 crore, the Andhra cricket Association (ACA) has revealed intentions to build a new stadium in Amaravati. The project is anticipated to be completed in time to host the 2029 National Games, and the ACA has already asked the state government for 60 acres of property.
Within the following two years, the ACA hopes to create at least 15 state players who will compete in the IPL. In the meanwhile, the maharashtra cricket Association intends to build a stadium that can accommodate more than 100,000 people. With a capacity of 100,024, the melbourne cricket Ground in australia is now the second-largest stadium in the world.
