Afghanistan denies women's education..!?
Afghanistan denies women's education and Taliban deputy minister opposes. Taliban Deputy minister Sher abbas Stanikzai has opposed the law denying women's education in Afghanistan. A senior Taliban figure has urged the group’s leader to scrap education bans on Afghan women and girls, saying there is no excuse for them, in a rare public rebuke of government policy. Following the withdrawal of US troops from afghanistan in 2021, the Taliban took over the country. When they took office, they had said that they would not behave like the previous regime in this regime. However, the Afghan government has banned women from studying beyond grade 6. In september last year, medical training and courses provided to women were canceled. While various countries are opposing this, Taliban senior deputy minister Sher abbas Stanikzai has also opposed it.
