Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath has organized a conference for all women MLAs of UP and uttarakhand, in which 48 women MLAs from UP and 8 women MLAs from uttarakhand will participate. This conference has been organized to strengthen and empower women. women MLAs of the opposition have also been invited to this conference. These include SP mla Naseem Solanki. This conference is to be held in kanpur on 8 january 2025, preparations are being made for this. Invitations have been sent to all women MLAs. This conference will be led by cm Yogi Adityanath and the Speaker of the State assembly Satish Mahana will also participate in the program. In this, there will be a detailed discussion on women's safety, women empowerment. Training will also be given on how to raise the voice of women's interest in the assembly. SP mla Naseem Solanki will also participate in it.

Naseem Solanki said that she will raise her voice for women's safety in this conference in view of the incidents of rape with women happening every day. There are still many women who are troubled by law and order. They are not getting the benefits of government schemes properly. How can women become strong in the coming time? She will also put her point of view on issues like women prisoners in jail, safety of women working in the society, women's respect, employment, and half participation of women in this conference.
