TTD Chairman requests for new software..!?
TTD is trying to provide better services to the devotees of tirumala Sri Venkateswara Swamy. ttd, which has already made all types of services available online, is trying to follow the same method for VIP break darshans. It is reported that ttd Chairman BR Naidu has instructed the temple authorities to examine the possibilities and submit a report on this. The ttd, which wants to reduce the waiting time of ordinary devotees visiting Srivari as much as possible, is examining all available ways. It intends to use technology effectively and provide better services to the devotees. The main one is making efforts to provide that technology with the idea of providing darshan to the devotees through data-face recognition. On the other hand, ttd, which feels that VIP break darshans also consume more time, is wondering how it would be if those darshans were provided online.
Currently, 60 to 70 thousand people visit the temple daily. Although those who have received tokens in advance do not have much trouble during darshan, devotees waiting in the free queues for all darshans have to wait in queues for hours. On busy days, the waiting time can even be one or two days. Focusing on ways to avoid this, ttd is thinking of introducing a system where public representatives who write letters for VIP darshans send letters online and issue tokens. In fact, MLAs, MPs, and ministers in ap have to write a limited number of letters and recommend them for VIP break darshans. Six devotees are allowed on one letter. However, some public representatives are issuing letters beyond their limits. Due to this, devotees coming to the hill with letters are getting into a fight with ttd staff.

Wanting to rectify this situation, the ttd Chairman decided to update the software so that each public representative can book the VIP break darshan tickets allotted to them by giving a user ID and password. This will prevent the number of recommendations from exceeding the limit. Similarly, it is expected that unnecessary congestion on the hill will also be reduced. Currently, the ttd governing body has provided the facility to issue recommendation letters to special invitees through special software. Now, they are looking to apply this method to ministers, MLAs, and MPs as well. With the recent decision to provide darshan to the recommendations of leaders from telangana state along with ap public representatives, ttd has focused on better methods. It is said that in this system, in addition to checking additional recommendations, public representatives will utilize 100 percent of the quota allotted to them.
