Vijay will not be allowed. Now there is no permission for the rally.. DMDK's Meesai rajendran is worried

The party planned to hold a silent rally today on the occasion of the first anniversary of DMDK leader Vijayakanth. But the police did not give permission for it. However, the silent rally was held despite the police's ban. In this situation, DMDK's Meesai rajendran has said that the rally was denied permission for political reasons and that only Vijay and Vijayakanth are being treated like this.

It has been a year since Captain Vijayakanth passed away. Today is the first anniversary of DMDK leader Vijayakanth's first anniversary. The party's general secretary Premalatha decided to observe Vijayakanth's memorial day as a Guru pooja at the party's headquarters in Koyambedu, Chennai. Accordingly, an invitation was also extended to political leaders today on behalf of the DMDK.

Food was also distributed to the workers and the people. Earlier, a silent rally was planned on behalf of the party today. A march was planned to go from the election commission office in chennai to the memorial and permission was sought from the police for the same. But at the last minute, the police refused to permit the DMDK's silent rally.

Peaceful rally despite the ban

Permission was not granted because it would cause traffic congestion. Due to this, the DMDK held a road blockade in Chennai's Koyambedu. A request was made to Tamil Nadu chief minister Stalin to grant permission. The DMDK continued to negotiate with the police. But the police refused to grant permission at that time.

However, the DMDK started the rally despite the ban from the police. DMDK General Secretary Premalatha, led by LK Sutheesh, Vijaya Prabhakaran, and volunteers, are marching in black clothes. More than a thousand people participated in the rally. Premalatha then garlanded the statue of Vijayakanth and paid homage. Political leaders, workers and many public are paying tribute to Vijayakanth's statue.

DMDK Meesai Rajendran

In this situation, the police did not even give permission to everyone's favorite leader to hold a peaceful rally, and they denied permission to tamil Nadu victory party leader Vijay in the same way, said DMDK Meesai Rajendran. He said:-

Vijayakanth is a leader, actor, and human being who is everyone's favorite. They give permission to other parties. Everyone is just watching. We did everything that was required to be done according to the law. But permission was not given to the peaceful rally.

Only Vijay and Vijayakanth have been denied permission like this

for political reasons. If they want to hold a conference, they permit them. If our Thaveka leader Vijay wants to hold a conference, they cannot give it. But if they are in alliance with the ruling party, they give permission.

So we think there is politics in this matter. Vijayakanth is everyone's favorite leader. He is helpful to everyone. No matter which leader you go to the memorial with, they will call it a samadhi or a memorial. But only for Vijayakanth, they will call it a temple. He said this.
