During this collaboration, he advocated for the establishment of the bharatiya janata party 'Jharkhand Cell' in maharashtra, which was ultimately approved by the party, leading to the formation of the 'Jharkhand Cell' on january 7, 2021, with Thakur Manoj Singh appointed as its president.

Thakur Manoj Singh mentions that approximately 15 lakh individuals from jharkhand reside in mumbai and nearby regions, and he is dedicated to fostering their unity.
