After a 150-rupee bill was not paid on time, a young woman in gwalior was viciously beaten by her landlord's family on Saturday. Kicks, punches, and attempted stripping were all part of the onslaught. Onlookers recorded the event on camera, showing the assailant kicking an e-rickshaw and then attempting to enter the woman's home while she was attempting to defend herself.
They also damaged an e-rickshaw belonging to a neighbor who attempted to step in. Later, the woman gave the police video footage of the occurrence. She did, however, assert that she was abused by the police in the station.
