This year, the indian American executive oversaw a huge $17 billion production budget for Netflix. In exchange, the platform has received widespread praise for its programs, including 24 Emmys in 2024. Business-wise, there is reason for celebration as Netflix's Q3 revenue increased by 15% to $9.8 billion. Despite moderate subscriber growth, this rising trend is sustained by popular shows like Baby Reindeer and Blue Eye Samurai.

Bajaria began her career as a clerk at her parents' car wash and has since worked for major networks including CBS. Prior to joining Netflix in 2016, she was the first indian woman to hold a leadership position at Universal Television. Before taking on her present position as CCO, she led the OTT platform's scripted and unscripted programming for seven years.
