Hero With 6 Million Followers On Instagram Got Only 103 Votes
Ajaz Khan, a former bigg boss contestant, is running in the maharashtra assembly election from the Versova seat, where he has just about reached the triple digits in terms of votes. Despite having over 5.6 million instagram followers, ajaz khan has only received 103 votes thus far. According to the election commission website, Haroon Khan, the shiv sena UBT candidate, is in the lead in the Versova seat with 46,619 votes. Even the NOTA option, which 747 people in the Versova seat chose, is behind Ajaz Khan. 51.2% of voters cast ballots in the constituency.
Social media users took note of the irony that Khan, a well-known actor with over 5.6 million instagram followers, only received 103 votes. “Ajaz Khan who has 5.6 million followers on instagram got 79 votes. When you realise 16 year olds cannot vote in State elections unlike bigg boss evictions,” wrote X user Sagar.
Some unverified claims even suggested that his own family members did not vote for Khan. “NOTA got more votes than Bigg Bossiya ajaz khan,” read another post on X.
