The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry informed that the death toll in the blast has risen to 10. Apart from this, 11 people have been injured so far, who have been admitted to the hospital. According to the TASS news agency, rescue and relief work is still going on at the site. Special equipment is being used to remove the rubble, while the fire that broke out after the explosion has been extinguished.The Russian Investigative Committee has started an investigation by registering a criminal case on possible violation of safety rules on the incident related to the Dagestan region of Russia.
