In this situation, Rafi, who was under the influence of alcohol, assaulted Kripakaran and the 16-year-old boy who was with him with a rolling pin, and his friends joined forces and kicked them. After receiving first aid treatment at the hospital, Kripakaran went to the Valasaravakkam police station and lodged a complaint, and a case was registered against 5 people, including singer Mano's son Rafi. After that, when the police went to Mano's house for investigation, it was revealed that Rafi and Shahir were absconding. Later, the police arrested Vignesh and Dharma, who worked at Mano's house and were involved in the attack.
