One of India's most difficult competitive exams is the Union Public service Commission (UPSC) Exam. Someone must dedicate numerous hours of study time to this tough exam to pass. Every year, thousands of students want to become IAS, IFS, IRS, and IPS candidates by taking the test. The most demanding exam, which consists of three parts—the main exam, the interview, and the preparatory exam—saw very few of them pass. We'll discuss IAS Sonal Goel today, who passed the UPSC test on her second try with an air of 13.

Sonal stated that she was first ignorant about the civil services test but that she was motivated to seek a career as an IAS officer after reading an article about a civil servant in a magazine, according to a report from UPSC Pathshala. Sonal didn't waver in the data-face of her family's early misgivings, especially her father's concerns about how hard the exam would be. Her father advised her to have a backup plan after learning that she intended to sit the UPSC test to further her studies in company secretaryship. He claimed it would be challenging. Sonal decided to simultaneously register for delhi University's LLB degree and take the UPSC exam. She started studying for the UPSC while working as a company secretary and balancing her academics.
 
Sonal failed her first try in the UPSC test in 2006. Still, she carried on as before, balancing her UPSC preparations, her LLB coursework, and her work. Her perseverance paid off in 2007 when she secured the 13th position nationwide, fulfilling her aim of joining the IAS.
 
Sonal Goel's path demonstrates the strength of resolve and shows that passing difficult exams like the UPSC is achievable with careful preparation and steadfast dedication.
