When someone forced their way inside Pakistan's Dream Bazaar Mall in Karachi, extensive vandalism and property destruction resulted, throwing the much-anticipated grand opening into disarray. According to ARY News, the mall was constructed by a Pakistani billionaire who now resides abroad. To draw consumers on its opening day, the mall ran extensive social media campaigns and provided exclusive offers. But as soon as the store opened at 3:00 pm, a sizable throng of people anxious to access it flooded the mall.

Social media photos feature hundreds of individuals breaking into a recently opened mall in the Gulistan-e-Johar neighborhood of Karachi and stealing merchandise while causing property damage. people forced their way inside the store, causing damage to the establishments and taking goods despite the staff's valiant attempts to control the mob and keep the peace. Everyone was running about grabbing whatever they could get their hands on and stuffing it into bags or carrying it away in their arms.
 
Numerous footage also showed the complete destruction that resulted from the rampage. The structure was completely destroyed, with broken glass strewn across the grounds and garments strewn all over the floor. In the video, individuals were seen robbing the business while filming themselves, appearing to be happy with what they were doing.
 
Users expressed horror and disgust at the sights of turmoil and damage in the video, which ignited a heated discussion. A number of online users voiced their displeasure with the crowd's lack of civic virtues, with many wondering how people could engage in such harmful behavior.
