Plot and building registrations in Hyderabad's real estate sector are rising rapidly. The government has earned more income as a result of the increase in registrations.
 

Real estate in hyderabad sees 12 pc rise in registrations

In december 2023 and june 2024, there were 218,160 registrations in the city. In the same time the last year, 193,962 people registered. In hyderabad, the number of registrations for apartments increased from 5,411 this year to 50,535 during the same period last year. Between May 2023 and november 2023, the government collected Rs 4,429.23 crore in income; between december 2023 and june 2024, it received Rs 4,670.52 crore.

Growth in BFSI sectors

In the first half of 2024 (H1 2024), major Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) organizations are observing a huge influx into Hyderabad's real estate market. This development represents a significant change, presenting hyderabad as a diversified corporate hub that extends beyond the food and technology industries.
 
Numerous well-known BFSI brands have a foothold in the city, including Ameriprise, DTCC, swiss Re, Cigna Healthcare, Lloyds Bank, and MetLife.
 
Industry statistics state that the BFSI sector emerged as one of the top three office space occupiers in H1 2024, snatching an amazing 30 percent of the market.
