Indian 2 - PATHETIC ADVANCE BOOKINGS in Tamil Nadu

The advance ticketing for "Indian 2" began friday night in chennai in preparation for its July 12 global release. The film has garnered a lot of enthusiasm from kamal haasan fans and will be shown in more than 650 cinemas around tamil Nadu. Advance reservations are already open in Bengaluru, where 179 shows are scheduled for the first day. Although there is a demand for tickets in chennai, the advance buying process has so far received a dismal reception.
 

On tuesday night, telangana and andhra pradesh began accepting online reservations for seats. Additionally, it hasn't started yet in multiplexes in Kochi, Mumbai, and other places. National multiplex chains have not yet opened for reservations, according to the sources. Two weeks before the release date, ticket sales started in the US, and they were well received. The movie sold more than 10,000 tickets for its first performances, bringing in around USD 237,000 (about Rs 1.97 crore) according to Track BO. Sales of the movie's tickets have increased steadily; So far only 5,600 tickets have been sold.

The release of "Indian 2" coincides with Prabhas's "Kalki 2898 AD" taking the top spot at the box office. On its twelfth day, the multilingual science fiction movie soared to a global total of Rs 900 crore and is currently moving closer to the much sought-after Rs 1,000 crore milestone. On July 8, nevertheless, its revenues at the domestic box office saw a sharp decrease.
