Chegondi Harirama Jogaiah, the founder of the Kapu Samkshema Sena and a former minister, has demanded a five percent quota for Kapus in government employment and educational institutions. He expressed his expectation that the three-party administration will prioritise development and welfare, and that these efforts would go hand in hand, in a letter to deputy chief minister Pawan Kalyan.

In order to honour vangaveeti Mohana Ranga, the former minister pleaded with pawan kalyan to rename krishna district. Additionally, he advised PK to schedule time for both performing in the films and management. According to him, there should be an end to corruption at all levels and the creation of infrastructure throughout the state, including drinking water and drainage systems.

Prior to this, Senior Kapu leader and former minister Chegondi Harirama Jogaiah penned an open letter emphasising the necessity for pawan kalyan to be appointed chief minister for a period of two and a half years and for the Jana Sena party to pursue 40 to 60 seats in the next elections as part of an alliance with the TDP. He believed that at the lower cadre level, such a structure would guarantee improved collaboration and coordination between the two parties.
