In addition to targeting property in Badangpet, Balapur, to take cash and jewelry valued at several lakhs, burglars also enjoyed the biryani that was kept inside. The suspects took some time to eat "biryani" that was kept inside the refrigerator after finishing their mission of selecting cash and valuables.
The event happened on june 26 when the homeowner, a nurse employed by a private hospital, locked up the house and went to a gathering at her relative's house.
The main door was open, items were misplaced throughout the home, and the treasures in the almirah were gone when she came back the next day.
But when she looked in another room and saw the container she had used to store the biryani in the refrigerator, she was shocked.

An officer stated that the suspects' impromptu supper left behind evidence, giving the crime an interesting twist. Residents in the region are confused by the incidence and worried about the thieve's boldness and daring.
