T Padma Rao Goud, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) candidate for secunderabad, said that the bharatiya janata party (BJP) uses PM narendra Modi's name or the slogan "Jai Shri Ram" to win elections. "BJP uses the moniker 'Jai Shri Ram' or Modi to fight elections.Speaking to ANI, he stated, "We will go between the voters and remind them that we worked for them and encouraged development, so they should vote for us."

Following his victory in the 2023 state elections from the secunderabad Assembly seat, Padma Rao Goud has been paired by the BRS with state bjp president g kishan reddy and BRS mla Danam Nagender from the Parliamentary seat.

Secunderabad LS Seat

Political importance for the secunderabad LS constituency is longstanding, having been held by the congress party for a considerable amount of time. But the bjp has managed to win the constituency in the previous two elections, suggesting a change in voter preferences.

As per the 2011 census, secunderabad has 1,968,276 registered voters out of 2,17,910 total population. The seat is noteworthy due to its data-sizeable Muslim voting base, which makes up 12.19% of the overall population.

Throughout history, the congress party has dominated secunderabad, taking home 12 of the 15 lok sabha seats as well as one by-election. But the bjp has gained ground recently, winning the lok sabha elections in 2014 and 2019, which has changed the political climate in the constituency.

The dynamic political dynamics of secunderabad are underscored by the BJP's recent victories, which show how the electorate's choices are changing.

Secunderabad's political environment is made more difficult by the city's varied demographic makeup, which includes a data-sizeable Muslim minority.

According to the schedule declared by the election commission of india (ECI), telangana will go to vote on May 13.
