Telangana Hyderabad - UoH, MANUU students hold protest against CAA
"Our dedication to defending the rights of every person, regardless of their religious origin, is the foundation of our resistance to the caa within the Hindutva paradigm. It stated, "We think legislation that discriminates based on religion is against the values of social justice and equality.
According to a press statement from MSF, "the country's social fabric is threatened by the caa rules notification."
MSF President Anees Hasan declared, "We refuse to accept discriminatory rules that divide people based on religion and systematically target the Muslim minority of India."
He went on, "The announcement of the caa regulations is laying the groundwork for active policy discrimination against Muslims."
The concept of Hindutva has caused controversy because of its potential to threaten India's secular foundation. It went on, "We acknowledge the importance of sustaining a harmonious and inclusive society that welcomes diversity, and we fully believe in upholding the secular ethos contained in our constitution.
In order to resolve concerns and advance inclusion, the MANUU students' union has now urged the government to reevaluate the CAA's implementation and have meaningful discussions with the relevant parties.
