Mumbai court allows Rhea Chakraborty, family to fly to Thailand

Actor rhea chakraborty has been given permission by a special court in mumbai to take a family holiday to Thailand. This followed the recent revocation of a lookout circular (LOC) against the actress and her family by the bombay High Court. In a narcotics trafficking case, the actress and her brother Showik are charged in relation to the 2020 death of actor sushant singh Rajput. They have to ask the court for authorization to go overseas in this situation in accordance with the Narcotic drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Following Rajput's passing, his family filed a complaint against the Chakrabortys in Patna. The case was then forwarded to the CBI. Rhea, Showik, and their parents, Indrajit and sandhya Chakraborty, had LOCs against them from the cbi that prevented them from leaving the country.

But in february of this year, the bombay high court revoked these circulars. Despite the excessive wait in the legal process, the high court observed that the entire family had cooperated with the investigators whenever they were called. The high court further stated that the authorities' subjective satisfaction with the circulars was inadequate. On june 14, 2020, Sushant Rajput was discovered hanged at his mumbai home. It was claimed that he was dating Rhea Chakraborty.
