During a thorough review meeting of the hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) on Wednesday, telangana chief minister Revanth reddy emphadata-sized efforts to develop the districts surrounding Hussainsagar as tourist destinations. This includes efforts to clear off encroachments for the ease of visitors and the installation of features like food stands, skywalks, kid-friendly play areas, and green spaces that are modeled after Dubai's urban development strategy.

He also emphadata-sized how crucial it is to protect the lakes and storage facilities that are under the authority's jurisdiction. To organize development initiatives for their particular districts, officials were asked to coordinate with appropriate district collectors and speed up land pooling operations.

Furthermore, the chief minister has directed staff members of the Department of Municipal Administration to create plans for the coordinated development of regions along the Outer Ring Road (ORR) as a single entity.

He was in favor of progressively expanding the HMDA's purview to include the projected Regional Ring Road (RRR).

He also emphasised the necessity of building radial highways to link the ORR with the rrr and gave civic facilities in the neighbouring communities first priority.

Even though 8,374 acres of property are covered by the HMDA, 2,031 acres are now involved in legal disputes at different phases, therefore accurate mapping using wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW">digital and GPS techniques is required to stop encroachment.
