'Haven't quit' says Himachal Chief Minister
On Wednesday, as the bjp demanded a floor test and irate congress lawmakers threatened to revolt, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, the chief minister of himachal pradesh, defiantly denied rumours that he would resign.
"I want to be very clear that this is not a resignation. Five years of the congress government will be finished. We will demonstrate our strength as a group," Sukhu told reporters. The son of former chief minister Virbhadra Singh, vikramaditya Singh, said that the party MLAs' opinions "were ignored".
