Rakul Preet Singh was an extremely content bride, as seen by her radiant grin in the idyllic wedding photos. rakul and Jackky Bhagnani, the power couple, emanated love and unity at every event and ceremony they attended. rakul uploaded several hilarious pictures from their Goan mehendi ceremony on social media after first posting a few pictures from their sangeet and wedding. The bright pink hues infused the lively celebration with an abundance of love and joy.
Rakul placed great importance on fusing her heritage and culture into her appearance. Creating a genuinely lovely costume, we were inspired by the wonderful world of phulkari as a Sikh punjabi girl, says fashion designer Arpita Mehta, who created the unique statement piece for Rakul.
Rakul's dress, which revived the traditional art form of phulkari, was a burnt orange and pink ensemble with geometric floral phulkari designs. Her intricate hand-embroidered cloak, which was accessorized with a pleated skirt and a corset blouse, added ccolourto her whole appearance.
Arpita Mehta has always had a way of fusing traditional customs with contemporary styles, and she did it beautifully with Rakul's mehendi outfit. Six hundred and eighty hours were needed to finish the elaborate stitching. The lehenga's mirror work and phulkari-inspired embroidery, which combines pink-orange sindhoori thread with golden Kasab and cutdana, give Rakul's outfit a hint of grandeur and cultural diversity.
"Our goal was to create an exquisite ensemble that would be ideal for a mehendi ceremony while incorporating modern flair into the richness of our heritage." "This outfit not only celebrates Rakul's heritage but also showcases craftsmanship and innovation, making it a truly unique and memorable creation for her special occasion," Arpita continues, "We dedicated months to perfecting this custom look, meticulously sampling embroideries, and conducting mock trials to ensure every detail was flawless."
