PM Modi strolls through the streets of varanasi late at night...

On thursday night, prime minister Narendra Modi landed in Varanasi. On Friday, he will give public speeches and introduce a number of development projects. After a long and busy day in Gujarat, the prime minister arrived in varanasi, his lok sabha constituency, at around 11 p.m. to examine the Shivpur- Phulwaria- Lahartara marg. About 5 lakh residents in the southern portion of the city who wish to go to the varanasi airport, Lucknow, Azamgarh, and Ghazipur have benefited from the freshly opened route. PM Modi and yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, arrived there in the middle of the night to experience it firsthand.

Upon arriving, the prime minister saw men, women, and children leaving their houses or appearing on their terraces. The prime minister gave them a wave as well. This is not the initial instance. In 2021, on sunday night at around 8:45 p.m., he paid an unexpected visit to the new parliament building's construction site after returning from an extensive and hectic journey to the United States. He was there for about an hour, personally assessing the work. He has not taken even a "single day of leave from work" in his nine years as India's prime minister. In response to an RTI request, the PMO provided this information. The PMO's response took into account PM Modi's whole nine-year tenure as prime minister.

The road, which was constructed for an estimated cost of Rs 360 crore, reduces travel times from 30 minutes to 15 minutes from Lahartara to Kachahri and from 75 minutes to 45 minutes from Banaras Hindu university to the airport. To improve the quality of life for varanasi residents, this project involved interministerial coordination, including from the Railways and Defense departments.
