He stated that the 'Garden view Wakf Mall', which has been "pending for the last 17 years," will be finished shortly. He stated that as minority welfare minister in the Dr. YS Rajasekhara reddy administration in 2005, he was "instrumental" in acquiring two land pieces on either side of the Haj house for more than Rs 22 crore.

The foundation for the 'Garden view Wakf Mall' was set on february 22, 2009, and building began in Nampally.

The seven-story skyscraper with two cellars was constructed under the congress administration. shabbir ali, on the other hand, stated that the previous BRS administration "did not touch the project for almost 10 years."

As a result, the under-construction skyscraper has been "lying idle despite so much investment."

He asked the administration to issue new tenders to complete the project.

He stated that the 'Garden view Wakf Mall' will have a restaurant and other offices. "It would be utilized to host Haj pilgrims for one month each year. The remaining 11 months will be used for other reasons, such as providing boarding accommodations to students traveling from far away to prepare for Civil services and other tests," he said.

He further stated that Rs 7.35 crore in arrears has been issued for the honorariums of 13,735 Imams and Muezzins in Telangana. He stated that the remaining one month's arrears were pending and will be remitted soon.
