During the 75th Republic Day ceremony on Kartvya Path in New delhi on Friday, the indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) showcased the historic lunar landing of Chandrayaan 3. Under the title "Chandrayaan 3: A Saga in indian Space History," the isro tableau featured operational prototypes of the Pragyan Rover coming out of the vikram Lander's capsule. The exhibit showcased the landing site close to the Moon's South Pole, which was given the name Shiv shakti Point in honor of the incredible feat.


August 23 marked the successful landing of India's third lunar mission, Chandrayaan 3. india became the fourth nation to accomplish a controlled lunar landing and the first to land close to the lunar South Pole as a result. The lander and rover went into sleep mode after 10 days of lunar exploration, but the propulsion module kept going around the moon.

The tableau, which included eight female scientists, also showed the future manned space project Gaganyaan as well as Aditya L1, India's first solar space-based observatory mission.

"Showcasing the Purple Revolution" CSIR Tableau

In keeping with the Viksit Bharat theme, the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) displayed a tableau at the 75th Republic Day Parade. The aesthetically captivating display revolved around the Purple Revolution, an initiative spearheaded by the CSIR that resulted to a notable surge in the growth of lavender in Jammu & Kashmir. Various parts of the tableau illustrated CSIR's role in bringing lavender from the lab to the market and supporting Agri-start-ups. Under agro-mechanical technology, the PRIMA ET11, India's first women-friendly small electric tractor, was also on display. It was created in-house by the CSIR.
