The 75th Republic Day parade featured a tableau from the indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) that showcased the triumphant soft landing of chandrayaan 3 on the moon's South Pole, paired with the tune "ISRO Viksit Bharat Ki Pehchaan." This year's tableau had "Chandrayaan 3 - A Saga in the indian Space History" as its topic. The launch of the rocket, the landing on Shiv shakti Point, and the deployment of the Pragyan rover were among the significant events that isro portrayed in its tableau.


The tableau also included Aditya-L1, India's first solar mission, and the Gaganyaan project, which aims to launch humans into space by 2025. In addition, the ancient astronomers Varahamihir and Aryabhatta were featured, as well as the contributions made by women scientists. The isro is developing the moon exploration project Chandrayaan-3. It was launched on July 14 of last year, and on august 23, it made land close to the moon's south pole. prime minister Narendra Modi dubbed the spot where Chandrayaan successfully landed the "Shiv shakti Point."

India achieved several firsts in 2023 with the gentle landing of Chandrayaan-3 and the launch of Aditya-L1.
