Schools closed for the opening of ayodhya ram Mandir...

The ram mandir pran Pratishtha (Consecration) ceremony is scheduled for january 22, and the maharashtra State government has declared it a public holiday. All state colleges and schools, whether private or public, will stay closed in accordance with official directives. Prior to this, on january 22, 2024, the Union government announced a half-day for all national central government facilities.
The state government of maharashtra has decided to proclaim the day a public holiday, following in the footsteps of several other governments that have previously done so in honor of the dedication ceremony of the ram mandir in Ayodhya. The prime minister has invited over 7,000 spectators to the inauguration of the ram temple, which is scheduled for january 22. Prominent politicians, actors, athletes, businesspeople, and other well-known people are on the list.
In a previous letter to chief minister Shinde, maharashtra state minister Mangal Prabhat lodha urged him to declare a holiday on january 22 because of the ayodhya ram mandir pran Pratishtha celebration. The state has now declared a public holiday. Several states, including Chhattisgarh, Goa, and others, have declared a partial or complete shutdown of government offices and educational institutions due to public opinion. In the event of a partial closure, government offices will reopen at 2:30 PM that day.
