Post-mortem report: divya Pahuja shot in the head...

According to a post-mortem report cited by india Today, divya Pahuja, a former model, had a bullet recovered from her head. Pahuja was shot in the head on january 2 after being brought to Hotel City Point by five individuals. By using his "obscene pictures" as blackmail, Pahuja was purportedly using them to extract money from Abhijeet Singh, the 56-year-old hotel owner. The doctor said Pahuja was shot at point-blank range based on the body's post-mortem findings. The family has finally received possession of her body.

The Gurugram police located Pahuja's body on saturday at Tohana, Fatehabad, in the Bhakra canal's auxiliary canal. Based on information given by accused Balraj Gill (28), who disposed of the body with another individual, the body was found. On Thursday, he was taken into custody at a kolkata airport. According to the police, the body was recognized by a tattoo on Divya's back that was seen in one of her older photos.

Singh and the other suspects were captured on camera allegedly dragging Pahuja's body—which was covered in a white sheet—through the foyer of Hotel City Point. Later, they drove out from the hotel, leaving the body in the boot. About a kilometer from the hotel, Singh gave the automobile containing the body to Balraj Gill, 28, according to the police. Later on, the vehicle was discovered abandoned in Patiala, Punjab, at a bus stop. Gill and ravi Banga, another accused, disposed of the body together. In relation to the crime, police had already detained Abhijeet, Hemraj, Omprakash, and Megha.

Divya spent more than seven years behind bars for arranging, on february 6, 2016, a "fake encounter" between rival gang leader Virendra Kumar, also known as Binder Gujjar, and Gurugram police, involving her accomplice, sandeep Gandoli, a gangster from Mumbai. Gujjar was incarcerated at the time of Gandoli's murder, but he had conceived the scheme with his brother Manoj's assistance and had divya involved. mumbai police filed a formal complaint (FIR) against divya, her mother, and five other police officers. In june 2023, divya was granted bail by the bombay High Court.
