Samantha Ruth Prabhu posted a video of herself working out at the gym on Instagram. The actor posted a picture with the caption, "Making the last workout of 2023 count [smiley and flexing muscle emojis] We made it to the end @junaid.shaikh88 [white heart emoticon]." samantha is seen in the video performing Overhead Barbell Presses at the gym as her dog, Saasha, rests near her feet. She worked out in a navy blue sports bra, grey high-waisted gym tights, and nude-colored knee and calf braces, with her hair wrapped in a half-knot bun.
Meanwhile, the Overhead Barbell press exercise helps improve shoulder muscular strength and data-size, triceps muscle strength and data-size, and trapezius muscle strength and growth. It also works to develop your core muscles, including your obliques, transverse abdominal muscles, lower back, and spinal stabilisers.
