Heart breaking News: Designer Rohit Bal on Ventilator.!

Prominent fashion designer Rohit Bal (62) is on ventilator in the hospital. CE fashion designer Rohit Bal has been admitted to NCR Medanta Hospital due to cardiac issues. The hospital confirmed that the situation has become critical. It is reported that he suffered a massive heart attack about 13 years ago (in 2010) and his heart condition has deteriorated and he is on ventilator. 

Rohit Bal's alcoholism resulted in recurring health problems. In november last year, Rohit Bal's condition worsened and Medanta was admitted to the hospital. He is in a very critical position. He almost died in November. When his friends took him to the hospital the doctors had to remove the alcohol and sleeping pills from his system (stomach)! A close friend of Rohit Bal said in a national media interview. About 6-7 months ago he mentioned his problems to his close friend Lalit Tehlan. 


Rohit Bal underwent an emergency angioplasty in february 2010 when he suffered a heart attack. According to the latest reports, Rohit's old friend, bollywood actor arjun rampal visited him in the hospital. Born on 8 May 1961 in Srinagar, Rohit Bal started his career in 1986 by founding Orchid Overseas Private Limited. He excelled in fashion designing since 1990 with his brother in Orchid Overseas Limited. Started own fashion collections. Rohit Bal is an alumnus of St. Stephen's College. He studied fashion at the National Institute of fashion Technology, Delhi. He has a great association with Bollywood.
