Assembly Elections LIVE - All eyes on Telangana ahead of voting on November 30

Polling has concluded in four states - Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Mizoram, and rajasthan - and all eyes are now on telangana, which will vote on november 30. Meanwhile, the results of all five states' elections will be announced on Sunday, december 3. The Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) has ruled telangana since its creation in 2014, despite the Congress's valiant efforts to form the government. The bharatiya janata party (BJP) is likewise working hard to establish itself in the southern state.

• K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), the chief minister of telangana, has been in office since the state was formed from the northwestern section of andhra pradesh in 2014.
• The Congress, bjp, and the governing BRS will compete for 119 state assembly seats in Telangana. BRS now owns 98 of the total 119 seats.
• On december 3, the results for all five polling states will be announced.
• The telangana assembly elections in 2023 are the final before the 2024 lok sabha elections, which will choose India's next government.
• On Sunday, the destiny of 679 total seats across five states will be decided in the final set of assembly elections of 2023.
