"Circle of Death" - Why are so many of the patients caught?

Physicians at Al Shifa Hospital claim that the primary medical facility in Gaza is surrounded by a "circle of death" that was established by Israeli soldiers.Why is it called the "Circle of Death"?Last week, 32 patients passed away at the Al Shifa hospital in Gaza. This hospital now has at least 650 extra patients. This hospital's surroundings have been taken over by the Israeli army. which the hospital's physicians are referring to as the "Circle of Death." El Mokhallalati, the hospital's physician, reportedly stated that treating patients there is no longer safe and that doing so puts others in danger. He said that the oxygen and water supplies had been jeopardized by the bombing near Al Shifa Hospital. In addition, the World health Organization has declared that Gaza's primary hospital is no longer operational.
