The box office collection of Leo, directed by lokesh kanagaraj and starring actor Vijay, has been released. Directed by lokesh kanagaraj, Leo stars Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Mansoor ali Khan, Dinesh Master, sandy Master, Madonna Sebastian, Big Boss Janani, priya Anand, gautham Menon, Myshkin, Mathew Thomas.
 Produced by Lalith Kumar on behalf of Seven Screen Studios, the film was released on october 19 in a grand manner all over the world. The film received mixed reviews on its first day of release. The second half of the film is said to be much better than the first half. However, the film was celebrated by the fans and was a massive hit at the box office collecting Rs.148 crores on the first day.
 After that, the film suffered a decline on the second day and collected only Rs.80 crores. Later, the film picked up on Saturdays and Sundays and collected collections. Accordingly, the film Leo has collected Rs. 404 crores worldwide in four days. Although the critics give mixed reviews, the success of a film is determined by its response to the family audience. As saturday and sunday were holidays, the reception of the family audience was high and the movie was liked by them, so Leo picked up at the box office as well. With this, Leo has created the record of being the highest-grossing film in actor Vijay's career. Leo has broken the previous record of Rs 310 crore collected by Varisu. Since today and tomorrow are Ayudha Puja and Saraswati Puja holidays, it is expected that Leo movie will definitely close to a 600 crore collection in these two days. If that happens, Leo film is likely to break the lifetime collection of Rs.650 crores of Jailer in a single week.
