A petition was filed in the supreme court today(September 7) against tamil Nadu chief minister MK Stalin's son stalin -Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>udhayanidhi stalin and DMK mp A Raja. petitioner Vineet Jindal said that stalin -Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>udhayanidhi stalin had given a statement to destroy Sanatan Dharma, but still, no action was taken against him by tamil Nadu Police.
The petitioner further stated that a complaint was also given to the delhi police in the matter, but it too did not register an FIR. The supreme court has already directed the police of all the states to take action against the hate statements. For this reason, tamil Nadu and delhi police have also contempt of the supreme court for not filing a case against DMK leader Udhayanidhi. Apart from Udhayanidhi stalin, the statement of A raja has also been mentioned in the petition. There has been a demand to register a case against both of them.

DMK leader A raja said that Sanatan dharma should be compared with AIDS, which has a social stigma attached to it. He said, "Udhayanidhi stalin has shown humility by comparing it with dengue and malaria."
