Following reports of a tribal lady reportedly being beaten and displayed nude in Rajasthan's Pratapgarh area, the rajasthan police detained three suspects, including the woman's husband, on saturday for their suspected involvement in the crime. According to the police, all those implicated would data-face harsh punishment. Speaking to ANI about the event and the steps the state police had taken, S. Parimal, Inspector General, Banswara, described what had happened. All those accused will data-face harsh punishment. Ten people have been implicated in all, and three of them have been taken into custody. The others will be detained shortly, according to IG Parimal.
The victim's spouse Nathu Meena, Velia Veena, and Kanha meena were named as the culprits by the Banswara IG. They attempted to flee when they saw the cops but were hurt while doing so. They are receiving treatment at the Pratapgarh district hospital right now. They will shortly appear in court as witnesses. A year ago, the victim got married. She reportedly moved in with a different man in the hamlet. Umesh Mishra, the DGP of Pratapgarh, claims that the woman's in-laws were responsible for this terrible act. She was abducted by them and brought to their village, where the crime occurred. They found it annoying that she left the marriage and moved elsewhere.
