Recently time travel films have started to increase in tamil cinema. In that way, 'Adiyae' has become the time travel film of the year. In general, there is a parallel universe to the world we live in. The scenes that happen in the real world will become the scenes that we like in the parallel world called alternative reality. The film is based on this. gv prakash Kumar finds himself unable to express his love for Gauri Kishan in the real world and takes her as his wife in the fantasy world and starts a family. He is an Oscar-winning music director in the alternate universe.

After a gap of almost a year, the film starring gv prakash has been released. It can be said that he has improved himself in acting in this film compared to previous films. He beautifully expresses all the feelings like the peak of despair of not being able to confess his love, the mood of being confused about what is happening around him, and the joy of falling in love. Similarly, Gauri Kishan, who comes as the heroine, is entertaining in the love scenes. They will no longer call her '96 film's little Trisha'. To that extent, she shines and has delivered a solid performance. Apart from this, venkat prabhu has acted in a solid character.
