The heavy rains in telangana are flooding villages after villages and causing havoc. Heavy rains in telangana are not only causing loss of property but also loss of life. Many people lost their lives after being swept away by the already raging flood waters. Rivers and streams are overflowing with floodwaters and villages are being flooded. Moranchapalli village of Jayashankar Bhupalapalli district has already been inundated by flood water, the situation of a village in the nirmal district has become similar. As the floodwaters broke the dam and surrounded the village, all the people ran to a hill in fear for their lives. As the flood water is increasing, they are anxiously waiting for help.
Due to the heavy rains in nirmal district, all the ponds have become full. In this way, heavy flood water entered the pond near Sirala village of Bainsa district. Even though it was completely filled, the dam of the pond was broken due to the flood water. As the flood water flooded the village, the villagers reached a hill in fear for their lives. About 200 people are hiding in the high area to save their lives. They are lying on the mound in a state of disorientation, soaking wet in the rain. After receiving the information from the villagers, the officials started rescue operations. Reaching the mound, the villagers are being evacuated to safer areas. The flood water is increasing and hampering the relief efforts. Meanwhile, a village drowned in Jayashankar Bhupalapalli district due to a flood disaster. Moranchapalli village was inundated with flood water and more than a thousand villagers were trapped in the water crisis. All the villagers spent their time hiding on top of houses, in high places, in trees, and holding their lives in their hands. people who woke up at around four o'clock in the morning on thursday woke up and screamed for their lives. They saved themselves by climbing on top of the houses to avoid being swept away by the floodwaters that entered the houses.
Finally, army helicopters reached Moranchapalli and started relief operations. NDRF personnel also rescued the villagers with the help of boats. But some were washed away in the flood water and the others were saved and shifted to safer places.
