"We want to discuss Manipur. But prime minister Modi is talking about the east india Company," rajya sabha leader of Opposition Mallikarjuna Kharge responded to the Prime Minister's speech on india alliance.

Parliament convened at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, the fourth day of the monsoon session. The issue of Manipur should be discussed in both houses. Opposition parties raised slogans that the prime minister should give an explanation in Parliament. As a result, the lok sabha was adjourned till 2 pm and the rajya sabha till 12 pm.

Following this, rajya sabha reconvened at 12 noon. leader of the Opposition in the rajya sabha Mallikarjuna Kharge said in the House, "In these four days since the parliamentary session started, many representatives have given notice to hold a debate under Article 267. This is not the first time. In 2016, when the bjp was in power, it was accepted to hold a debate. congress was also allowed to hold a debate. Now Manipur is on fire. We are constantly raising our voice about it. But the prime minister is talking about the east india Company. " Karke spoke. Following this, they were adjourned till 2 pm due to the prevailing monsoon.

Meanwhile, in response to prime minister Modi, rahul gandhi posted on Twitter, "You can call us whatever you want Mr. Modi. But we are India. We will help heal the wounds of Manipur. We will wipe the tears of Manipur women and children. We will restore love and peace to all the people of Manipur. We will rebuild the concept of india in Manipur."

PM's review: Earlier, PM Modi attended the weekly meeting of bjp MPs on Tuesday. Speaking in it, he said, "Until now, I have never seen such a fearless opposition party. They praise themselves for the name 'India'. east india Company, indian Mujahideen, Popular Front of india etc. do not have the name India. So, the name 'India' becomes nothing. people cannot be misled by the name of the country alone.

Defeat, fatigue, lack of confidence etc. have a single policy of opposing Modi. Their behavior shows that they have decided to remain opposition only. "BJP will easily win the 2024 lok sabha elections with the support of the people," PM Modi said.

Opposition parties' 'India' - The second meeting of the opposition parties was held in Bengaluru on 17th and 18th of last month with the aim of forming a front of opposition parties to work together against the bjp in the upcoming lok sabha elections. It is noteworthy that the alliance comprising 26 opposition parties was named 'India' meaning indian National Inclusive Development Alliance.
