Two days after the friday night odisha train catastrophe, a young guy was found alive. Around 7 PM on june 2, an accident involving the Shalimar-Chennai Central Coromandel Express, the Bengaluru-Howrah Superfast Express, and a cargo train near Balasore resulted in 275 fatalities and over a thousand injuries. Dulal Mazundar, an Assamese citizen, was seriously hurt in the collision and fell some distance from the scene of the accident.

On monday morning, two days after the collision, workmen were restoring the damaged tracks when they came across an unconscious Mazundar. The young person was taken right away to the closest hospital in Soro. The man was transferred to the Balasore hospital after suffering serious head and hand injuries.
