BRS to contest 20 assembly seats in Andhra?
According to sources, the indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC), which kcr recruited to develop the party's plans in telangana, has been tasked by the BRS leadership with selecting these constituencies. If the BRS runs for office in Andhra, the I-PAC has been asked to undertake a study on how the general public feels about it and how it would affect other parties.
The survey will also cover other topics, such as how Andhra people feel about KCR's welfare programmes and the state's governance; if they support kcr going to Andhra to expand the BRS; and how they feel about his opposition to the narendra modi government at the centre, according to sources. According to information obtained, kcr intends to run BRS candidates in four to five lok sabha seats as well as at least 20 assembly districts. Aside from northern coastal Andhra and a portion of central Andhra, the majority of these constituencies lie along the Andhra-Telangana boundary.
