HIV/AIDS: This virus spreads in 3 stages...

There are three stages of hiv and the last stage is AIDS. Very few people know that one can live a long life even with hiv, if provided exercise is done with the right treatment and diet. With a healthy life, hiv can be prevented from turning into AIDS.

Immunodeficiency virus ie hiv virus damages the body's immune system and makes the immune system so weak that the patient is unable to tolerate even minor infections. If it seems that hiv and aids are the same, then know that there is a lot of difference between the two.

When hiv is not treated properly then it turns into AIDS. There is no cure for hiv, but with the help of some medicines, the viral load can be reduced, due to which the body's immune system remains strong.

The biggest reason for getting infected with hiv is due to unprotected s*x or coming in contact with the blood of an infected person.

AIDS happens after three stages of HIV

First stage: HIV infection spreads in the person's blood. The possibility of infecting a large number of additional persons is currently at its peak. At this stage, flu-like symptoms start to show up.

Second stage: Although the infected person shows no symptoms at this time, the virus is still alive. Sometimes more than ten years go by without the patient needing medication. The infection may spread during this time.

Third stage: If treatment is started as soon as hiv is found, there is very little chance of progressing to this stage. This is the most severe stage of hiv infection, during which a person develops AIDS.
