26Oct- Mum cops 1st inquiry. Aftab said Shraddha “stormed out of flat” after an ugly argument on 22May taking her phone along.
3Nov- Mum cops 2nd inquiry. “Confident” Aftab repeated same & also said he is very concerned and if he should also filed a “missing” complaint.
8Nov- Mum cops informed delhi cops (as the location of calls/Tx were found to be Delhi)
11Nov- Cops interrogated Aftab again, now having data of location of bank tx & IG chat - “how could Shraddha use phone between 22-31May from flat’s location, also paid you a sum of ₹54K?”
Aftab said he used Shraddha’s phone, he knew the password and made ₹54K tx what he claimed Shraddha owed to him.

As per Evidence Act, weapon used in crime is crucial which is not found yet. Vital body parts are missing, including head. Shraddha’s mobile is missing.
