Why did JP take a U-turn on three capitals?
Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan (JP), a former IAS official and the founder of the Lok Satta Party, is widely regarded as an intelligent and honourable man. Despite the fact that he is not a well-known person, people respect his opinions.
