T'gana: BJP candidate in Munugode faces protests
When Rajagopal reddy was running for office, the incident happened in Kothulapuram, a "mandal" (block) in Samsthan Narayanpur. Since admitting in an interview with a television broadcaster that his company won a contract of Rs 18,000 crore six months ago, Rajagopal reddy has been the target of criticism. He left the congress and his position as an mla in July, and he formally joined the bjp in august after Union home minister amit shah addressed a crowd in Munugode. He is being pursued by the congress and the telangana rashtra samithi (TRS) for changing sides for a contract. Rajagopal reddy allegedly told amit shah that he will spend Rs 500 crore to win the by-election, according to trs leaders.
In the district, wall posters criticising the bjp candidate for the contract have already surdata-faced. On Saturday, there were new posters visible in the district. The posters were placed by unidentified individuals on behalf of the residents of huzurabad and Dubbak seats. They pleaded with Munugode voters not to fall victim to fraud like they had. In the by-elections held in 2020 and 2021, the bjp had won the seats of Dubbak and huzurabad, respectively. Meanwhile, K. Laxman of the bjp claimed that K. chandrasekhar Rao, the chief minister, was scared of losing in Munugode.
He claimed that chief minister kcr allied himself with the Communist parties as a result of this concern. He claimed that although kcr originally referred to the Left-leaning parties as "trash parties," he has since allied himself with them. Like in huzurabad and Dubbak, the rajya sabha member anticipated that the trs will confront anti-incumbency. The bjp leader claimed that all of the ministers and 86 MLAs camped out in the district as a sign of their fear of the TRS.
