Is there Taliban rule in Hyderabad, asks RGV
The no music after 10 p.m. regulation in hyderabad pubs has drawn criticism from filmmaker ram Gopal Varma, who questioned "if the city was under Taliban rule." On Thursday, he warned the telangana government and local police that if the limitation persisted, it may scare away investors to places like Bengaluru.
