Appoint Special Officer to manage the Trust
Due to multiple lawsuits, the trustees elected to the Pachaiyappan Trust's term of office came to an end in 2018, and the trust's management was handed over to the property owners of the chennai High Court. Since june 21, 2021, district Judge S. Raju has been in charge of the Trust. In a judgement dated 30.11.2021, the chennai High Court, which handled issues relating to the Pachaiyappan Trust, ordered that elections to the Trust be held within the next 10 weeks, i.e. by 08.02.2022, and that the responsibility be handed over to the new trustees.
However, not only was the election for the trust held after the deadline, but the administration is rapidly degrading. Because the landlord Raju's workload prevented him from focusing on the administration, it was decreed that the trust secretary designated by his predecessor, the landlord, Murugan, keep an eye on him. He's been accused of insulting the trust secretary, college presidents, academics, and other members of the staff who have established a pro-government group. From chennai to Cuddalore, Cuddalore to kanchipuram, and kanchipuram to chennai, he transports teachers and other workers.
